A letter confirming your registration will be sent to you within three (3) working days after having received both the Registration Form and your payment. REGISTRATION

From May 30, 2011 and onwards, registrations will be accepted only at the Congress Secretariat, which will be operating on-site the Congress Venue.

All prices are quoted in Euros (€)

* Include dental hygienist, dental therapist, dental surgery assistant / nurse, and dental technician. A reference letter from your employer to confirm your status is required
*Postgraduate Students are kindly requested to provide the Professional Congress Organiser with a proof of their status as a postgraduate student.
**Undergraduate Students are kindly requested to provide the Professional Congress Organiser with a valid student identity card.

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTION POLICY

  All refunds will be processed one (1) month after the conclusion of the Congress.

In case of substitution, a duly filled in registration form for the replacing delegate must be submitted to the Professional Congress Organiser.
